The hotel provided a welcome drink, and the staff were friendly. They organized a birthday surprise that i requested. The room had a lovely feel and was very private. The service was excellent!
The hotel website suggests a premium experience, but it was not quite met. Our room overlooked an ugly concrete wall. You could hear people going up and down creaky stairs at all times. There ARE no real communal spaces.
